How is such a part made from aluminum alloy?
It all starts on a DMG MORI NLX lathe with driven tools, where the part is completely machined within 90 minutes.
This is followed by the application of a special plasma coating – an abrasive layer that ensures high abrasion resistance.
After coating, the part is ground with a counterpart and dynamically balanced with an accuracy of 2.5 grams.
