Introducing our new employee benefit full of sport, fun and adventure.
Since the beginning of August, every employee can benefit from the MultiSport card. In addition, in August in a special offer completely FREE for all employees on probation.
Every day, our employees can visit any partner location and enjoy, for example, fitness, exercise, group classes, bowling, laser game, badminton, swimming and much more. And it certainly doesn't stop at sports activities. Employees can also go out for culture and sightseeing, for example to selected lookout towers, zoos or castles.
We care about the health of our employees and try to support them in this area in various ways.
For the second year running, we organised a Health Week, where employees had the opportunity to attend various sports activities free of charge.
Because of the great interest, this year we also established close cooperation with physiotherapist Bc. Gabriela Polášková from the REVEGA studio and we contribute 600 CZK to each employee every two months for an individual consultation.
We also contribute CZK 6,000 to those interested in fitness for an annual season ticket at the Gym Legends gym, which is located next to our company.
We are aware that some employees prefer regular swimming or group exercise, so the MultiSport card complements our overall concept of employee health care.
And even within the MultiSport card, we have tried to strike a balance between giving employees maximum financial support and keeping them motivated to play sports regularly. Since September, every employee who is interested in a MultiSport card has been eligible for one:
- 780 CZK per month paid by GENICZECH-M
- 300 CZK per month is paid by the employee himself (through a deduction from his salary).
We believe that this way we will contribute to regular exercise of our employees and thus to support their health!
