At our company, we believe that employees should know where we're headed together.
At our company-wide meeting, we reviewed the first half of 2026, presented our planned investments, and shared our outlook for the remainder of the year.
But we didn’t limit ourselves to work-related topics. We also announced the events and updates our employees can look forward to in the coming weeks.
After the summer break, we’ll get together for Family Day at the Zlín Zoo, where every employee can bring their family for free and enjoy a day full of fun.
Throughout August, our colleagues can use the MultiSport card for free and treat themselves to an active summer.
We also have a new initiative coming up in August—we’re preparing a package of basic school supplies for our employees’ school-age children to help them get off to a good start in the new school year.
The meeting also included the distribution of the latest issue of our company newsletter, GENICheck, which summarizes company events over the past half-year. It also features a summer contest that our employees can enter.
We’re glad that together we’re not only creating cutting-edge engineering, but also an environment where people are kept informed, can get involved, and where we also consider the time spent outside of work.
